Our website bs-plus.de and the subdomain organisation.bs-plus.de operated by us are hosted through Replit, Inc., 1001 E Hillsdale Blvd, Foster City, CA 94404, USA. Our website provides contact options by email and telephone. We currently do not provide a contact form or user accounts. We display selected content from our LinkedIn presence on this website. The content is integrated through our own systems at bs-plus.de and organisation.bs-plus.de. Both services are hosted through our hosting provider Replit. No LinkedIn plugins, iframes or LinkedIn tracking technologies are used. Where preview images are displayed, they are provided through organisation.bs-plus.de. In doing so, technically necessary connection data, in particular the visitor's IP address, is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to present current company and communications content on our website. A direct connection to LinkedIn is only established when you actively follow a corresponding link.
8. External links and social media profiles
Our website contains links to external websites and platforms, in particular LinkedIn. Simply visiting our website does not establish a connection to the destination of a normal external link. Only when you actively follow such a link do you leave our website, at which point the privacy terms of the respective provider apply. We maintain a company profile on LinkedIn. If you visit that profile or interact with our content there, LinkedIn may process personal data. We have only limited influence over the nature and scope of such processing.
